More than € 80,000 for BILD hilft e.V. "Ein Herz für Kinder" (a heart for children)

Small investment, big impact for your own manufacturing process and for the society. By purchasing a Clean-Tec chip fan, customers of Lang Technik not only increase their level of automation, but also support children in need at the same time.

The workholding and automation expert has been supporting the aid organization BILD hilft e.V. “Ein Herz für Kinder” (a heart for children) since 2014 by donating € 2 for every chip fan sold. To date, more than 80,000 € have been donated to the aid organisation, which cares for children and families in need and implements projects both in Germany and internationally. A topic that is more important than ever in special times like these. The Swabian family business is aware of this and feels responsible to support the young generation in particular because of its great importance for the social and economic future.

The Clean-Tec chip fan, a real long-term favourite among the Lang products, takes over the automatic in-process cleaning within the machine tool. Cooling and chips are easily removed from workpieces, clamping devices and the machine table. This makes the Clean-Tec a must-have tool, especially in unmanned, automated production. The "original" among the chip fans is available in different sizes and is therefore ideally suited for the targeted blowing out of pockets and bores as well as for large-area cleaning in the machine interior. Like any other tool, it is called up from the magazine via the programme and exchanged. The Clean•Tec opens and closes its blades via the speed control of the machine spindle. The resulting air flow efficiently cleans the machine table and workholding devices within a few seconds without the intervention of the machine operator, thus saving compressed air and avoiding contamination by chips outside the machine. So it has a positive impact in two ways.
