Key data at a glance
The pins serve as a workpiece end stop and support surface when clamping (semi-) finished components in the Vario•Tec centering vise. Row by row, they are blown out with compressed air and can be pushed back individually when not in use, thus creating specific clamping angles.
Benefits Vario•Tec
- Handling Easy and quick setting of the desired clamping configuration
- Repeatability Highly precise positioning and reproducibility of the clamping situation
- Functionality Vario•Tec pins make endstops and parallels redundant
