Key data at a glance
The Vario•Tec spare jaw pair consists of two pin jaws and two carrier jaws, which are guided in the vice. The pin jaws are mounted to the carrier jaws from behind so that the pin jaws are completely closed at the front and swarf clogging has no change. Given that all LANG vices use the same base body, the old Vario•Tec jaw set is compatible with the old Makro•Grip® 5-axis vice and can be used on it as a complementary pair of jaws for finishing tasks.
Benefits Vario•Tec
- Handling Easy and quick setting of the desired clamping configuration
- Repeatability Highly precise positioning and reproducibility of the clamping situation
- Functionality Vario•Tec pins make endstops and parallels redundant
