Key data at a glance

Stamping Unit Spacers are used to quickly and precisely set the correct distance between two stamping unit bases during pre-stamping. The spacers are inserted into the groove of the t-slot plate and placed between the two stamping unit bases. The different lengths can then be used to set the various grid positions by pushing the stamping unit bases together. By setting the grid positions (52 mm, 104 mm, 192 mm and 384 mm), workpieces can be pre-stamping precisely so that they match the distance between the vises in the Quick•Point® zero-point clamping system during the subsequent clamping process.
