The new mobile stamping unit on the revised stamping trolley represents a comprehensive redesign of the familiar model. Innovative features and new types of High-End stamping jaws ensure optimized operability as well as greater ergonomics during pre-stamping. A drawer on the trolley provides space for stowing accessories and tools, while the pressure setting can now be made directly on the trolley - without having to bend over the entire station to do so. In this new version, operation is solely by a fixed foot pedal, leaving both hands free - particularly practical when loading heavy parts into the stamping unit. In the standard version, a short base body is attached to the trolley up to an stamping width of 260 mm; however, a long body could also be mounted without any problems. High-end stamping jaws can be used to pre-stamp materials up to 45 HRC.
