Even more space-saving, even more vices in a small space, even more cost-efficient. The new RoboTrex Compact automation system combines all the advantages of its big brother, but is specially designed for applications in the small component sector. The integrated Fanuc robot transports components weighing up to 7 kg from the storage unit to the machine tool and back. Up to 100 Makro-Grip® 46 Micro and 50 Makro-Grip® 77 vices can be stored in the vise handling system. Enough potential to generate additional unmanned spindle hours and thus increase productivity in production.
RoboTrex Compact automation system
- Simple operation The intuitive operation and pre-programmed Fanuc robot require no special knowledge. The training requirement is minimal.
- High storage capacity On a footprint of just two square meters, the two RoboTrex Compact storage magazines offer space for 100 vises.
